Zac Mactaggart gets 6 stars. My roof hatch door sprung a leak, so I searched Google Maps. Zac had a 5 star rating, so I called him and left a message. He returned my call promptly (wow, good start). He asked me when I needed it fixed, and I said yesterday. He said OK, Ill be leaving a job about 3pm today, and he said hed call me when he was on his way (wow, he did). He came up with a solution and he said hed have to have a hatch custom made, and would text me a quote at the end of the week (wow, he did). I said go ahead and when can you start? He turned up on the day like he promised (wow). So he did the job, charged a reasonable price, and....it started bucketing down rain that night. Guess what? No leaks!!! Zac is a roofologist. Exemplary work, great value, and so responsive. Refreshing!!
