Rude and not interested in helping at all. Would not listen to my concern. Kept telling me to call Australia Post. Feel sorry for the locals if its the only PO in the area.
The people who own this are the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. The guy who works there opened my parcel and looked inside violating my privacy because he was going to try and charge me with some bubble wrap I walked in with. This is my local post office and I never use it unless I am collecting a parcel.
Convenient location, on other side of shopping centre car park, and next to grog shop. Very good customer service.
