Avoid this chemist at all cost now John has sold it. The head Pharmacist Jane is an arrogant unqualified bigot that needs to get herself checked into Richmond Clinic. No idea on family care, medications and the like. Really disappointing considering John Geddes put so much into this once outstanding business. Shame on you JANE !
I am in complete shock - I put my trust in this pharmacy to hold onto my scripts, they advised me this is the best and most manageable way if they kept them on file. I moved to another town and called to ask if i can have the scripts sent to me - they are apparently missing.WORST OF ALL - the man on the phone continued to accuse me of not taking my medication in a complete and utterly disrespectful and judgy tone. I have never been left feeling so humiliated and mistreated in my life. I am appalled and disapointed that I was convinced to leave my scripts with these useless human beings. Shame on you.

This was one of the few chemists in Australia where a certain antibiotic I required was available. They are also a Compound Chemist and could make up the extra when they didn't have enough in stock. I ordered it over the phone from a script and they express posted it to me that same afternoon, with a phone call from the pharmacist to let me know it had been sent. I was really impressed with their level of service and helpfulness.
